A mobile mechanic travels to an eligible location to perform diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and other appropriate automotive work. Service depends on the vehicle, the repair need, and whether the location is safe and accessible.
Mobile service may be possible at a home, workplace, driveway, parking area, or another safely accessible location. Share any parking, property, or building rules before scheduling.
Not every repair is a fit for mobile service. Work that requires a lift, extensive disassembly, specialized shop equipment, or an unsafe work area may need a different solution.

Personal safety comes first. If the vehicle is in traffic, has smoke or fire, is leaking fuel, or creates an immediate hazard, move to safety and contact emergency services or roadside assistance as appropriate.
